There are quite a few reasons for companies that have well-staffed Human Resource (HR) departments to hire out a company that specializes in employee relocation. Analysis of countless relocations by the professional organization that serves the professional relocation specialist community, Worldwide ERC (formerly known as the Employee Relocation Council), has shown that not handling such a move correctly and smoothly can result in the loss of far more than employee morale.
